Sophia and award winning comedian Scout Boxall launch NCM into a direction no one can anticipate with an unscripted conversation kicking off our opening weekend.
Geek out with Scout, the Sophia mega-fan, as they explore the limits of AI generated humour, test Sophia’s ability to banter and ask all the questions they’ve dreamt of over the last years watching Sophia travel the globe.
Sophia will be available to meet following the program and will be popping up around the museum throughout the day. See her full program below.

Scout Boxall
Scout Boxall is one of the most exciting new talents in Australian comedy. Their work swings between pithy observational stand up and manic, chaotic powerpoint comedy with a sharp political awareness. Winner of Best Emerging Artist (Melbourne Fringe 2019), nominee for Best Newcomer (MICF 2021), the Moosehead Award (MICF 2022) and Best Comedy (Adelaide Fringe 2023) Scout has been absolutely smashing it on the scene with appearances on The Gala, Up Late, Upfront, the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Comedy Roadshow and Splendour In The Grass.
Their unique blend of manic stand up, song, solo sketch and storytelling has been dubbed "genius" (The Music), "sheer perfection" (Scenestr), "outrageous" (The Herald Sun), "thrilling" (The Saturday Paper) and "a must-see" (The Age).
