Front of House Supervisor

The Front of House Supervisor works alongside the Front of House Team Leader, to provide a welcoming first point of contact for visitors of NCM.

The Front of House Supervisor works on all aspects of ticketing and box office, including selling and checking tickets, opening and closing the museum, reporting end of day KPIs, managing visitor flow and managing the volunteer rotation each day. They will be liaising with both volunteers and staff, as well as assisting with the smooth operation day-to-day and during special events.
