This workshop is an introduction to designing 3D objects for 3D Printing. In this workshop we take students through the theory of how 3D printers work, teach them fundamental 3D design via Tinkercad, allow them to print and paint their 3D models, and show them how to source 3D models that others have made via communities such as Thingiverse.
Students should bring lunch and snacks to our workshops to be had during our breaks.
