Make a robot play games with code.

Edison robotics kits allow students to control a mini-robot using various methods, from basic barcode scanning for pre-made actions, to Scratch and Python coding. Students in this workshop will be introduced to beginner coding in a fun way allowing them to control the robots to complete various tasks and games.

This is a one-day workshop, 10am–4pm on Fri 25 Sep.

After the workshop students and families are welcome to explore the rest of the museum at no extra charge.

About this workshop

Age Group: 8–12 years
Experience Level: No prior experience required. This workshop is ideal for kids with an interest in technology.
What to Bring: Lunch, water bottle. Laptops will be provided, thanks to Metabox.
