Opening hours
NCM is open Wednesday–Sunday, 10am–5pm. We're closed Mondays and Tuesdays. We are currently closed for the installation of our next exhibition, Signal to Noise , which is opening to the public from Saturday 12 April.
Location
NCM is located at 375 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn , inside a refurbished 1939 telephone exchange, where some original equipment is still operational.
Our site is situated on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people, and we acknowledge and respect their ongoing connection to this land.

Tickets for NCM can be easily booked online or in person at the front desk. For a smooth experience, we recommend booking in advance online, using the link below.

Getting here
NCM is a short 3-minute walk from Glenferrie Station and Tram 16, Stop 74 on Glenferrie Rd. Before your journey, please check for any railway works that may impact your travel.
If you are driving, the Hawthorn Town Hall Carpark (opposite NCM) offers two hours of free parking. Additional paid parking is available at:

Amenities
Large items can be stored in our cloakroom at the front desk. If an item is too large to carry around the museum, please speak with our staff for assistance.
On Level 1, visitors will find built-in seating and multiple power points for device charging. Please note: Charging cables are not provided.
